Quinshield designed, manufactured, delivered and site-assembled a bespoke GRP rooftop MEP enclosure for McLaughlin & Harvey as part of a major energy infrastructure development.

The Requirement
The project required a robust GRP enclosure suitable for rooftop installation and long-term external exposure.
As part of the building services package, the enclosure needed to support equipment protection, access, weather resistance and coordination with the wider construction programme.
Quinshield also needed to provide a reliable service from manufacture through to site assembly, ensuring the enclosure could be erected efficiently once delivered to site.
GRP Rooftop Enclosure Design
Quinshield designed and manufactured the rooftop MEP enclosure to suit the project requirements.

Site Assembly
After manufacture, Quinshield delivered the enclosure to site and provided a site crew to erect and assemble the building.
By combining off-site manufacture with site assembly, Quinshield helped support the wider construction programme with a practical and coordinated enclosure solution.
This approach allowed the GRP enclosure to be produced in controlled factory conditions before being assembled on site to suit the project requirements.
